No refunds or exchanges except for errors on our part. All hair sales are FINAL!

SHIPPING  POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERY

Our store provides same day delivery on Thursdays-Sundays for in-stock wigs and bundles. The deadline for same day delivery is 4:00am EST (Thursday-Sunday). Orders received after 4am EST will be delivered the following business day, excluding holidays. 

Choose (Local delivery) as your delivery method at checkout for local delivery. ID MUST be present upon delivery and all hair must be inspected by the customer before leaving. 

There are no refunds or exchanges once your hair is in your possession!

SHIPPING

Products ship within 2-5 business days from your order date and your payment has been confirmed and cleared.

All orders within the US are shipped via UPS/USPS/FEDEX with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame.  Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. 

International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx/DHL. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country.  Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.  TheLuxExperience reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Occasionally, transit delays may occur with our carrier services. Please note that TheLuxExperience is not responsible for these delays caused by our carrier service or natural events. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks cannot be provided for delays due to these factors.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders let you secure your favorite products before they officially restock or release — no need to wait or worry about sellouts! ✨

Full payment is required when placing your order to lock in your items and start processing right away. We accept all major payment methods at checkout.

Because each pre-order is reserved just for you, please note that they can’t be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted. Be sure to double-check your product type, length, texture, and shipping details before completing your purchase. 💕

Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is returned to TheLuxExperience, it is usually due to insufficient address information. The package will be marked as “Returned to Sender” on your tracking information. This situation may occur if:

The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt.
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
