SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the order date, once payment has been successfully confirmed and cleared.
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx with tracking, receipt confirmation, and insurance. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the processing period. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS only.
International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL and typically arrive within up to 12 business days after processing. Please note that international shipping fees do not include customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be considered before placing an order.
TheLuxExperience reserves the right to change the shipping carrier or delivery method to a comparable option when necessary. Shipping charges may vary slightly from the carrier’s actual rate and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events such as weather conditions. TheLuxExperience is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or natural circumstances. Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for delays beyond our control.
