Our Bring Your Own Bundles service allows you to mail in your hair or existing wig for professional construction or reconstruction into a custom unit designed to fit flawlessly, blend naturally, and deliver a polished, luxury finish.

Within 10 days, mail your bundles or old wig to the address provided. Please share your tracking number.

In your package, please include: Full Name, Phone Number, The same shipping address you used to book this service.

Your new unit will be shipped back to you within 14–20 business days. (Can be sooner, depending on demand. If there are ANY delays, you will be notified)

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?

Please note: These guidelines are for bundles only and do not apply to wigs.
For the most seamless and voluminous look, the number of bundles required will vary based on your chosen length and desired fullness. Each extension is measured in its natural state when pulled straight—for accuracy, place your measuring tape just below the weft.
- 12"–14": A minimum of 2 bundles for a natural, effortless look
- 16"–18": At least 3 bundles for full, flowing volume
- 20"–24": 4 bundles or more for luxurious body and movement
- 26" and beyond: 5–6 bundles for unmatched length and glamour

Essential Care Reminder
- Hands Off Dry Curls: Avoid running your fingers through curls once dry, as this can lead to tangling and unwanted frizz.
- Understanding Curly Hair: Beautiful curls are the result of a delicate balance between protein and moisture. Due to their naturally porous nature, curls readily absorb humidity—causing swelling, raised cuticles, and even disruption of the curl pattern. A consistent, nourishing care routine is key to preserving definition, softness, and preventing tangling or matting.
Pre-Installation Care
Before installation, gently cleanse your extensions while keeping the zip ties intact. This ensures you can properly examine each bundle. In the rare event that you notice any concerns, please reach out to us immediately—we are dedicated to providing swift resolution and exceptional service.
Cleansing & Conditioning
- Always use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners to maintain the hair’s natural luster.
- Wash in a downward motion to prevent tangling, and follow with a hydrating conditioner for softness and shine.
- For added nourishment, apply a lightweight, salon-quality hair serum or leave-in conditioner.
Styling Versatility
- Our extensions can be straightened, curled, dyed, or pressed bone-straight, then naturally return to their original curl pattern once washed.
- Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools to maintain the integrity of the hair.
- Avoid excessive heat styling to extend the lifespan of your bundles.
Daily Maintenance
- Gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends and working upward.
- At night, protect your hair by wrapping it with a silk or satin scarf, or sleeping on a silk pillowcase to minimize friction.
- Keep hair hydrated by using a lightweight, non-greasy oil or serum as needed.
